Kám-siā Siōng-tè hō͘ lán ê kha oē thang khiā tī chit ê Soan-kàu pah chiu-nî ê sî-tāi, tī chit sî lán chi̍t bīn beh hoê-kò͘ kè-khì lâi kám-siā Siōng-tè ê hông-un kap choē-choē sian-jîn lâu- huih kap koāⁿ ê toā kong-lô, tâng-sî iā sī beh chiam-bōng tī kng-bêng ê chiong-lâi, só͘-í lán ê phiau-gú chiah tēng kóng, “Kè-óng khai-lâi.”

Taⁿ beh kè-sêng lán choē-choē sian-jîn ê uî-gia̍p, chi̍t bīn beh khai-thok lán ê chiong-lâi ê sî, hō͘ lán thâu chi̍t ê oē kám-kak tio̍h ê, chiū-sī su-iàu jîn-châi kap jîn-châi ê chō-chiū. Lán siông-siông teh kóng, “Tàng-kiat ê chu-pún” ê só͘-uī chu-pún, tek-khak sī teh kóng, tī lán kàu-hoē bu̍t-chit tiong só͘ ū ê choè toā ê chu-pún kiám sī “Lâng.” Tī lán ê kàu-hoē ê hoat-tián siōng hoat-kiàn jîn-châi, chō-chiū jîn-châi chit hāng sū tek-khak boē thang hut-lio̍k, in-uī tû-khí Siōng-tè ê un-tián í-goā, lâng sī beh hō͘ lán ê kàu-hoē hoat-tián ê choè toā ê in-sò͘. Sui-bóng lán í-keng ū chiong-kūn chi̍t chheng keng ê kàu-hoē, í-ki̍p choē-choē kî-thaⁿ ê siā-hoē sū-gia̍p, chiah ê nā bô ióng-sêng chin sek-tòng ê jîn-châi lâi siat-hoat sī boē ēng-tit ê. Te̍k-pia̍t tī chit ê tē jī sè-kí ê sî-tāi, lâng siông-siông teh kóng, tio̍h chhiong-si̍t loē-iông, tio̍h khoàⁿ-tāng Ki-tok-kàu kàu-io̍k ê sî, hō͘ lán jú kám-kak chō-chiū jîn-châi ê tiōng-iàu. “Sū chāi jîn-uî”(事在人為)keng-giām kā lán kóng, pîⁿ-pîⁿ chi̍t hāng tāi-chì, ū lâng hoān liáu būn-toê pek-chhut, m̄-nā boē chìn-pō͘, hoán-tńg thè-pō͘, chóng-sī ū tú-hó ê lâng lo̍h-khì siat-hoat ta̍k hāng lóng sūn-sū, lâng chin iàu-kín, sek-tòng sī koh-khah iàu-kín, chiū-sī só͘-uī “Sek-châi sek-só͘.”

Taⁿ tī lán Chóng-hoē ū chi̍t ê Soán-sàng Uí-oân-hoē, chit ê hoē ê bo̍k-tek khah m̄-sī tuì lāi, sī tuì goā teh soán-poa̍t tú-hó ê lâng thang sàng chhut-khì goā-kok chō-chiū. Kūn-lâi “Chhut-kok jia̍t”(出國熱), sī phó͘-piàn tī lán choân Tâi-oân, kàu-hoē iā bô lē-goā. Tī chia lán ài lâi siūⁿ ê, chiū-sī koan-hē chit ê soán-sàng sī ū 3 hong-bīn ê koan-hē. Tē it, sī beh sàng chhut-khì ê kàu-hoē, koh chi̍t bīn sī beh chhut-khì ê lâng, chóng-sī iáu chit bīn, sī beh chiap-la̍p ê tuì-hong.

Thâu chi̍t hāng ài lâi siūⁿ beh sàng lâng chhut-khì ê kàu-hoē á-sī kong ki-koan. Chi̍t ê lâng nā beh chhut-khì, lóng tio̍h keng-kè I só͘ sio̍k ê ki-koan, á-sī Tiong-hoē ê chhui-chiàn, kè-khì só͘ chhui-chiàn lâi Soán-sàng uí-oân-hoē ê lâng lâi khoàⁿ, tong-jiân goá m̄-káⁿ kóng lóng sī án-ni, iáu-kú toā pō͘-hūn hō͘ lâng oē kám-kak sī khah thàn jîn-chêng, bô si̍t-chāi teh uī-tio̍h choân-thé ê kàu-hoē teh siūⁿ. Tuì chit-tia̍p khí, lán nā ài lán ê kàu-hoē tit-tio̍h chin tú-hó ê jîn-châi, lán tek-khak tio̍h tāi-seng chhē chin tú-hó ê jîn-châi, si̍t-si̍t chāi-chāi beh uī-tio̍h kàu-hoē ê lâng sàng chhut-khì. Oāⁿ oē lâi kóng, lán í-keng kàu tī tio̍h ài ū choân-poâⁿ ê kè-e̍k, chiū-sī chéng-kò ê kàu-hoē kang-chok ê kè-e̍k, tī chit ê kè-e̍k, lán chiah lâi chhiau-chhē tú-hó ê lâng, jiân-āu sàng in khì goā-kok chhim-chō. In-uī chhe-hoē nā siu tio̍h lán ê chhéng-kiû chióng-ha̍k-kim ê sî, in tek-khak beh mn̄g, chit ê lâng tńg-lâi beh choè sím-mi̍h? In tek-khak m̄-sī beh chhut chin hō͘ lâng khì koan-kong, in ê chióng-ha̍k-kim iā sī thong-kè sìn-tô͘ ēng kî-tó lâi hiàn, sī beh hō͘ Siōng-tè ê kok oē thang kóng-khoah tī chit ê toē-chiūⁿ. (A) hoān-tiû chiū-sī tuì ki-koan, á-sī Tiong-hoē só͘ chhui-chiàn lâi kóng, in sit-chāi ū su-iàu bó͘ lâng chhut-khì ha̍k-si̍p bó͘ chióng ê ha̍k-būn, āu-lâi uí-oân-hoē iā jīm-tēng khak-si̍t ū chit khoán pit-iàu, chiah thoè in chhē tú-hó ê chióng-ha̍k-kim. Chit hāng lán tio̍h kè-sio̍k ka-kiông lâi choè, hō͘ lán oē thang si̍t-chāi lâi pó͘-moá lán ê kàu-hoē ê khiàm-kheh, chit ê kang sī chin khùn-lân, chóng-sī iā sī bô án-ni choè boē ēng-tit. uī-tio̍h beh án-ni choè, lán tāi-seng tek-khak tio̍h ū choân-poâⁿ ê kè-e̍k, chhin-chhiūⁿ lán lióng Sîn-ha̍k-īⁿ choè-kūn ū chi̍t ê 1- nî ê kè-e̍k, in hiān-sî sī kun-kù chit ê kè-e̍k teh chún-pī lâng, teh chhē lâng. Tī chia sūn-soà iā ài pò lán chai ê, chiū-sī uí-oân-hoē chit pêng ū chi̍t ê koat-tēng, chiū-sī chit ê (A) hoān-tiû ū beh hān-chè sî-kan, in-uī sio̍k tī chit ê hoān-tiû ê lâng tek-khak tio̍h ài Eng-bûn ê khó-chhì, chit ê khó-chhì sī chi̍t nî nn̄g pái, iā sio̍k tī chit ê hoān-tiû ê lâng, chí-ū nn̄g nî ê koân-lī nā-tiāⁿ. Oāⁿ oē lâi kóng, keng-kè 4 chhù ê Eng-bûn khó-chhì nā bô tong-kè chiū sit-lo̍h hit ê chu-keh. (Nā tī goā kok ê lâng chí-ū chi̍t nî ê koân-lī nā-tiāⁿ). Goán án-ni koat-tēng, sī ài hō͘ sin-chìn ê lâng ū ki-hoē, nā bô án-ni, chiū ū chu-keh ê lâng chi̍t bīn khó-chì boē thong-kè, iā chi̍t bīn put-sî beh pó-chhî hit ê koân-lī, chiū āu-lâi ê lâng chin oh-tit siat-hoat, koh í-āu sio̍k tī (A) hoān-tiû ê lâng lóng kiò in choè “Hāu-pó͘-chiá” tán khó-chhì thoang-kè liáu-āu chiah oē thang tit-tio̍h hit ê si̍t-chāi ê chu-keh.

(B) hoān-tiû sī tāi-seng ū chióng-ha̍k-kim, āu-lâi kong-bō͘ hō͘ lâng chì-goān lâi khó-chhì chiah lio̍k-chhú ê, chit ê í-āu oē chiām chiām khah choē.

(C) ê hoān-tiû sī lán chí-ū choè “Kiô” hō͘ in kè, chiū-sī in í-keng ka kī khì thó chióng-ha̍k-kim, āu-lâi tī uí-oân-hoē kā in kè táu-kài nā-tiāⁿ.

Taⁿ lūn beh chhut-kok ê lâng, goá sī ǹg-bāng lâng-lâng lóng ū ki-hoē thang chhut-kok tit-tio̍h chhim-chō ê ki-hoē, in-uī chhut-kok ê sî, m̄-nā tit-tio̍h ha̍k-būn ê chō-chiū, chiū-sī oē ke-thiⁿ kiàn-sek, tit-tio̍h oa̍h-oa̍h ê ha̍k-būn. Chóng-sī tio̍h ài hoán-séng ê, sī lán tio̍h ū chin bêng-khak ê bo̍k-phiau lâi chhut-kok, tek-khak m̄-thang uī-tio̍h chhut-kok ê chhut-kok. Kè-khì ū chi̍t pō͘-hūn khak-si̍t sī án-ni, só͘-í kàu lō͘-bé chiū uī-tioh bo̍k-tek bô kéng chhiú-toāⁿ, nā ū thang chhut-khì chiū hó, ū lō͘ thang kiâⁿ chiū hó, sīm-chì hit ê lō͘ bêng chai sī bô eng-kai kiâⁿ ê sî, iā sī beh kiâⁿ.

Lūn beh chiap-la̍p ê tuì-hong (toā-poàⁿ sī lán iú-koan chhe-hoē), lán chin kám-siā in, hoaⁿ-hí chiong chióng-ha̍k-kim lâi sàng lán, chóng-sī in iā sī ū tiâu-kiān ê, hit ê tiâu-kiān m̄-nā kan-ta Eng-bûn khó-chhì ê ki̍p-keh, in chin ài lán ū thong-poân ê kè-e̍k, bô kè-e̍k, kan-ta hàm-hàm ê sàng lâng chhut-kok sī boē siū hoan-gêng ê. Beh 怎樣造就人才

感謝上帝hō͘咱ê 腳會thang khiā tī 這個宣教百週年ê時代,tī 這時咱一面beh 回顧過去來感謝上帝ê 鴻恩kap濟濟先人流血kap汗ê大功勞,同時也是beh 瞻望tī光明ê將來,所以咱ê 標語chiah訂講:「過往開來。」

Taⁿ beh繼承咱濟濟先人ê 遺業,一面beh 開託咱ê將來ê時,hō͘咱頭一個會感覺著ê,就是需要人才kap人才ê造就。咱常常teh講:「凍結ê 資本」ê所謂資本,的確是teh講:tī咱教會物質中所有ê最大ê 資本kiám是「人。」Tī咱ê教會ê發展上發見人才,造就人才這項事的確boē-thang忽略,因為除去上帝ê恩典以外,人是beh hō͘咱ê教會發展ê最大ê因素。雖罔咱已經有將近一千間ê教會,以及濟濟其他ê社會事業,chiah ê若無養成真適當ê人才來設法是boē用得ê。特別tī這個第二世紀ê時代,人常常teh講:tio̍h 充實內容, tio̍h看重基督教教育ê時,hō͘咱jú感覺造就人才ê重要。「事在人為」(事在人為)經驗kā咱講:平平一項代誌,有人犯了問題百出,m̄-nā boē進步,反tńg 退步,總是有tú好ê人落去設法逐項攏順序,人真要緊,適當是koh-khah要緊,就是所謂「適才適所。」

Taⁿ tī咱總會有一個選送委員會, 這個會ê目的khah m̄是對內,是對外teh 選拔tú-好ê人thang送出去外國造就。近來「出國熱」(出國熱),是普遍tī咱全台灣,教會也無例外。 Tī chia咱ài來想ê,就是關係這個選送是有3方面ê關係。第一,是beh送出去ê教會,koh一面是beh出去ê人,總是iáu這面,是beh接納ê對方。

頭一項ài來想beh送人出去ê教會抑是公機關。一個人若beh出去,攏tio̍h經過伊所屬ê機關,抑是中會ê 推薦,過去所推薦來選送委員會ê人來看,當然我m̄敢講攏是án-ni, iáu-kú大部分hō͘人會感覺是khah 趁人情,無實在teh為著全體ê教會teh想。對這霎起,咱若ài咱ê教會得著真tú-好ê人才,咱的確tio̍h事先chhē真tú-好ê人才,實實在在beh為著教會ê人送出去。換話來講:咱已經到tī tio̍h ài有全盤ê計畫,就是整個ê教會工作ê計畫,tī 這個計畫,咱chiah來抄找tú-好ê人,然後送in去外國深造。因為差會若收著咱ê請求獎學金ê時,in的確beh問,這個人tńg來beh做甚麼?In的確m̄是beh出真hō͘人去觀光, in ê獎學金也是通過信徒用祈禱來獻,是beh hō͘上帝ê國會thang廣闊tī 這個地上。Tī 選送委員會咱有訂三個範疇。

(A) 範疇就是對機關,抑是中會所推薦來講:in 實在有需要某人出去學習某種ê學問,後來委員會也認定確實有這款必要,chiah替in chhē tú-好ê獎學金。這項咱tio̍h繼續加強來做,hō͘咱會thang實在來補滿咱ê教會ê欠缺, 這個工是真困難,總是也是無án-ni做boē用得。為著beh án-ni做,咱事先的確tio̍h有全盤 ê計畫,親像咱兩神學院最近有一個1年ê計畫,in現時是根據這個計畫teh準備人,teh chhē人。Tī chia順續也ài報咱知ê,就是委員會這pêng有一個決定,就是這個 (A)範疇有beh限制時間,因為屬tī 這個範疇ê人的確tio̍h ài 英文ê 考試, 這個考試是一年兩擺,也屬tī 這個範疇 ê人,只有兩年ê權利nā-tiāⁿ。 換話來講:經過4次ê 英文考試若無通過就失落hit個資格。(Nā tī 外國ê人只有一年ê 權利nā-tiāⁿ)。阮án-ni決定,是ài hō͘ 新進ê人有機會,若無án-ni,就有資格ê人一面考試boē通過,也一面不時beh保持hit個權利,就後來ê人真oh得設法,koh以後屬tī (A) 範疇ê人攏叫in做「候補者」等考試通過了後chiah會thang得著hit個實在ê資格。

(B) 範疇是事先有獎學金,後來kong-bō͘ hō͘人志願來考試chiah 錄取 ê, 這個以後會漸漸 khah濟。

(C) ê範疇是咱只有做「橋」 hō͘ in 過,就是in已經家己去討獎學金,後來tī 委員會kā in 過táu-kài nā-tiāⁿ。

Taⁿ論beh出國ê人,我是ǹg望人人攏有機會thang出國得著深造 ê機會,因為出國ê時,m̄-nā得著學問ê造就,就是會加添見識,得著活活ê學問。總是tio̍h ài反省ê,是咱tio̍h有真明確ê 目標來出國,的確m̄-thang為著出國ê出國。過去有一部分確實是án-ni,所以到路尾就為著目的無kéng手段,若有thang出去就好,有路thang行就好,甚至hit個路明知是無應該行ê時,也是beh行。

論beh接納ê對方(大半是咱有關差會),咱真感謝in,歡喜將獎學金來送咱,總是in也是有條件ê, hit個條件m̄-nā kan-ta 英文考試ê 及格, in真ài咱有通盤ê計畫,無計畫,kan-ta hàm-hàm ê送人出國是boē受歡迎ê。 Tī chia也順續ài報咱知ê,就是差會近來有一款新ê 方針,就是in所beh hō͘咱ê獎學金無tú-tú tio̍h去美國,in真願意將獎學金hō͘咱,hō͘咱也thang tī美國以外,親像日本,抑是香港, 菲律賓等 ê 地區留學,甚至tī台灣也是好。所以咱m̄-thang想講留學就是只有只只美國nā-tiān,其他ê 地區也thang,所以問題是咱實在ê需要是甚麼?咱tio̍h計畫,發見hit個實在ê需要,也hit個需要m̄是kan-ta tī美國chiah會thang 達到hit個目的,有時去日本kiám-chhái koh-khah 合實際。所以以後咱ê教會tio̍h關心tī全體ê教會ê需要,差出實在適當ê人來送去tú-好ê所在,也hit個所在kiám-chhái是tī 東洋抑是歐洲。咱tio̍h除去留學,就是去美國這款ê錯誤ê觀念,也ǹg望出國ê人的確tio̍h事先有明明ê 目標,實在ài beh貢獻台灣ê教會榮光上帝,hō͘伊ê國tī第二世紀會thang koh-khah大發光彩tī咱這個島嶼。
