Seng-ga̍k sǹg-sī tī im-ga̍k ê tiong-kan choè ū kám-tōng-la̍t ê sèng-chit. Khì-ga̍k sǹg-sī chiong lâng ê su-siúⁿ kám-chêng, ēng kàn-chiap ê hoat-tō͘ lâi piáu-hiān ê. Nā-sī seng-ga̍k sī ēng ti̍t-chiap ê hoat-tō͘.

Lâng cháiⁿ-iūⁿ tio̍h gîm, tio̍h chhiùⁿ? Choè toā ê bo̍k-tek chiū-sī beh hoàn-khí lâng ê kám-chêng, ū hô-khì, ū ko-siōng ê cheng-sîn, lêng-tek ê khì-siōng. Koh tuì chit ê lâi khek-tiâu tī lâng ê sim-té, chhin-chhiūⁿ khek-jī tī chio̍h-pi, kú-tn̂g ìn-siōng chù-ji̍p tī thâu-náu-lāi.

Chong-kàu im-ga̍k ê kè-ta̍t, chiū-sī pí sè-sio̍k im-ga̍k ū koh-khah toā ê khuì-la̍t lâi chō-chiâⁿ chit ê bo̍k-tek. Só͘-í ū lâng ài chhiùⁿ sè-sio̍k-tek ê koa-khek, liû-hêng-khek, loân-ài-khek, m̄-ta̍t-tio̍h siông-siông ài chhiùⁿ Chong-kàu-khek, Sèng-ga̍k-khek, Chàm-bí-koa sī khak thò-tòng. Ū-sî sè-sio̍k-khek ū pau-hâm chin toā ê guî-hiám-sèng tī-teh. Chiàu só͘ siūⁿ, im-ga̍k tio̍h put-chí ū chong-kàu-tek, ia̍h chong-kàu tio̍h put-chí ū im-ga̍k-tek, chiah ū kè-ta̍t.

Ū lâng ē gîm chin hó-thiaⁿ, án-ni bô kàu-gia̍h. Beh thiaⁿ hó-thiaⁿ ê, khì kàu tó-uī lóng ū tàng thiaⁿ. Chin ê seng-ga̍k-ka tek-khak ū i ê seng-ga̍k-tek pún-lêng, á-sī sò͘-chit tī-teh. Kha-kut suí ê lâng bô tek-khak lóng tio̍h chò bú-tō ka(dancer). Nā ū hit ê thian-châi chū-jiân i sī bú-tō-ka. Seng-ga̍k iā sī sio-siāng. Adelina Parry hu-jîn (chhut-sì tī Se-pan-gâ, toā-hàn tī Bí-kok Í-tāi-lī-hē tē-it liû ê seng-ga̍k-ka), sǹg-sī chhut-sì chiū ū hit ê seng-ga̍k-tek ê pún-lêng. Ū seng-ga̍k-tek pún-lêng á-bô, nā thiaⁿ i gîm d:r:m:f:s:l:t:d ê im-kai siōng-hā chiū ē chai. Phó͘-thong ê lâng gîm chi̍t-jī doh kap seng-ga̍k-ka só͘ gîm chi̍t jī doh chiū ū toā cheng-chha. In-uī seng-ga̍k-ka só͘ teh hoat-im lóng ū i ê chhuì-chi̍h, nâ-âu, chhuì-koà, chhuì-tûn tú-hó ê uī-tì. I ê ho͘-khip iā ū chiàu seng-ga̍k ê kui-kí teh chhú-kip. Chin-chē lâng lóng sī teh gîm i ka-tī ê gîm-hoat. Gîm ka-tī thiaⁿ ē hiáu, ē sóng-khoài chiū kàu-gia̍h. M̄-koán i ū chiàu it-tēng ê kui-chek á-bô, á-sī hō͘ pa̍t lâng thiaⁿ-liáu ē tit-tio̍h sím-mi̍h á-bô. In-uī seng-ga̍k ê bo̍k-tek, chiū-sī chhin-chhiūⁿ téng-bīn í-keng ū kóng, sī beh hō͘ lâng ê kám-chêng hiòng-siōng, ēng chin hó ê mi̍h ìn-siōng tī lâng ê thâu-náu, kú-tn̂g tī-teh, chhin-chhiūⁿ khek-jī tī chio̍h-pi. 聲樂算是佇音樂ê中間最有感動力ê性質。器樂算是將人ê思想感情,用間接ê法度來表現ê。若是聲樂是用直接ê法度。

人怎樣著吟、著唱?最大ê目的就是欲喚起人ê感情,有和氣,有高尚ê精神、靈tek ê氣象。Koh對這个來刻稠佇人ê心底,親像刻字佇石碑,久長印象注入佇頭腦內。

宗教音樂ê價值,就是比世俗音樂有koh-khah大ê氣力來造成這个目的。所以有人ài唱世俗tek ê歌曲、流行曲、戀愛曲,毋值著常常ài唱宗教曲、聖樂曲、讚美歌是khak妥當。有時世俗曲有包含真大ê危險性佇teh。照所想,音樂著不止有宗教tek,亦宗教著不止有音樂tek,chiah有價值。

有人會吟真好聽,按呢無夠額。欲聽好聽ê,去到叼位攏有tàng聽。真ê聲樂家的確有伊ê聲樂tek本能,á是素質佇teh。腳骨媠ê人無的確攏著做舞蹈家(dancer)。若有彼个天才自然伊是舞蹈家。聲樂也是相siāng。Adelina Parry夫人(出世佇西班牙,大漢佇美國Í-tāi-lī-hē第一流ê聲樂家),算是出世就有彼个聲樂tek ê本能。所以人問伊怎樣吟,伊家治講:我毋知。

有聲樂tek本能á無,若聽伊吟d:r:m:f:s:l:t:d ê音階上下就會知。普通ê人吟一字doh kap聲樂家所吟一字doh就有大增差。因為聲樂家所teh發音攏有伊ê嘴舌、嚨喉、喙蓋、嘴唇拄好ê位置。伊ê呼吸也有照聲樂ê規矩teh取扱。真濟人攏是teh吟伊家治ê吟法。吟家治聽會曉、會爽快就到額。毋管伊有照一定ê規則á無,á是予別人聽了會得著啥物á無。因為聲樂ê目的,就是親像頂面已經有講:是欲予人ê感情向上,用真好ê物印象佇人ê頭腦,久長佇teh,親像刻字佇石碑。(未完)。
