Bat ū chi̍t pái tī bó͘ só͘-chāi, ū chi̍t ê Lú-o̍h ha̍k-seng kap i chi̍t ê sió-tī, nn̄g ê sio-chhoā chhut-mn̂g; chē hoé-chhia khì kàu Pîn-tong ê só͘-chāi chhoē i ê chhong-iú thit-thô. Hit-ji̍t in kàu Pîn-tong tú-tú 3 tiám poàⁿ, iā hit ê ha̍k seng ê chhong-iú ū lâi kàu chhia-thâu tán-chih in; tāi-ke kìⁿ-bīn chin hoaⁿ-hí, saⁿ-kap kóng-oē; chiū chhoā in kàu i ê chhù. Hit-àm chiū pān chhe-chhau chhiáⁿ in. Chia̍h-pá liáu thêng tiap-á-kú, in chiū chhut-khì mn̂g-kháu-tiâⁿ hioh-khùn; ū-sî chē--teh, ū-sî khí-lâi; kiâⁿ-lâi kiâⁿ-khì, kóng-tang kóng-sai kóng chin kú, sī in-uī thài-kú hán-tit sio-tú; iū-koh hioh-joa̍h ê sî-kan í-keng beh koè, tāi-ke saⁿ-chhoē chē; hiám-hiám chiū bô thang saⁿ-thàm ê ki-hoē, só͘-í tāi-ke tâm-oē chin-chē; kàu chin àm chiah bô koh hoē; tāi ke hoaⁿ-hí kàu-ke̍k, lóng-chóng chin sim-sek.

Í-keng 9 tiám poàⁿ lah, i ê chhong-iú chiū-sī tiàm tī Pîn-tong hit ê tâng-phoāⁿ, miâ-kiò Siù-jiông kóng, “Siù-jiông sàng, taⁿ lán lâi lé-pài thang khùn lah hòⁿ, lí to káⁿ chin siān leh?” Siù-jiông chiū kóng, “Bē ko̍h, goá ta̍k-ji̍t sim sim liām-liām, ài lâi chhoē lí thit-thô, taⁿ kin-á-ji̍t ū hó ki-hoē, goá khah kóng mā bē siān; sī í-keng chin àm lah, bô lán kiám m̄-sī ài koh kóng khah kú leh?” āu-lâi Siù-jiông kap in sió-tī miâ-kiò Bûn-hiông, chiū kap Gio̍k-ki í-ki̍p in ke-lāi ê lâng saⁿ-kap chò lé-pài. In teh lé-pài, tha̍k Sèng-chheh lûn-liû tha̍k, chi̍t lâng tha̍k chi̍t chat; Siù-jiông ê sió-tī Bûn-hiông iā kap lâng lûn-lâi lûn-khì. Gio̍k-ki ê lāu-bú khoàⁿ-kìⁿ Siù-jiông ê sió-tī iáu hiah-ni̍h sè-hàn liâm-piⁿ hiah gâu tha̍k Sèng-keng, siūⁿ-liáu chin kî-koài; kàu lé-pài soah chiū kiò i lâi, mn̄g khoàⁿ i kuí hoè, chiah chai-iáⁿ sī 12 hoè.

Bûn-hiông sī bó͘ kàu-hoē ê Chú-ji̍t-o̍h ha̍k-seng, 5 hoè ê sî chiū o̍h jī-bó, 7 hoè chiū ē hiáu tha̍k si, 10 hoè ê sî chiū í-keng chin gâu tha̍k Sèng-keng, chin gâu gîm-si; ta̍k-nî ê Kiù-chú-tàn lóng ū the̍h siúⁿ-phín, kū-nî ū siū-siúⁿ chi̍t-pún kim-kîⁿ ê Sin-iok Sèng-chheh; i ta̍k lé-pài lóng chiâu chhut-se̍k, só͘-í chiah hiah khoài chìn-pō͘; taⁿ í-keng sī ko-téng-kho ê ha̍k-seng lah; iā chìm-á muí lé-pài m̄-nā hù Chú-ji̍t-o̍h, iā ū kap toā-lâng chò-hoé lé-pài; gîm-si, thiaⁿ tō-lí, chin hoaⁿ-hí; ta̍k lé-pài kiâⁿ hn̄g-lō͘ bô hiâm ià-siān, ài kàu Siōng-tè ê sèng-tiān, khiam-pi seng siū kà-sī, thiaⁿ tō-lí chin chhù-bī, sim-koaⁿ chin kám-kek, si̍t-chāi ū hō͘ i tit-tio̍h chin toā ê lī-ek. Gio̍k-ki ê lāu-bó chiū tuì i ê a-ché kóng, “Lí ê sió-tī si̍t-chāi chin khiáu, chin khó-chhú, lóng sī tuì lí chin gâu kà-sī.” Siù-jiông kóng, “Bô-iáⁿ ah, pí i khah ē hiáu ê mā sī chin-chē leh!” Gio̍k-ki ê lāu-bó chiū koh kóng, “Si̍t-chāi chin gâu, án-ni to sǹg sī chin kám-sim lah!” āu-lâi kóng soah, in tāi-ke chiū lóng khì khùn.

Keh ji̍t chiū-sī pài-saⁿ, in chia̍h chá-tǹg liáu; Gio̍k-ki chiū chhoā i ê chhong-iú kap in sió-tī khì khoàⁿ chè-thn̂g hoē-siā, hui-hêng-ki-tiûⁿ hiah ê bêng-só͘. Ē po͘ ū hioh-khùn, iā 5 tiám poàⁿ chiū chia̍h ê-hng-tǹg, in-uī joa̍h-thiⁿ sî, só͘-í ji̍t-thâu iáu-boē lo̍h-soaⁿ; kàu 6 tiám in chiū sio-chhoā beh khì kong-hn̂g sàn-pō͘; iā in pêng-siông lóng chin ài tâm-lūn Sèng-keng-lāi ê kò͘-sū, í-ki̍p Iâ-so͘ ê kà-sī; só͘-í in tuì kong-hn̂g chhut-lâi ê sî, chiū ti̍t-ti̍t kiâⁿ tuì lông-tiûⁿ hit hong-bīn khì; sì-bīn ū chhân-hn̂g chháu-ba̍k chin-suí, iā liâng-hong bî-bî-á lâi chin chhio-chhìn; in ná kiâⁿ chiū ná tâm oē, taⁿ chiong in só͘ tâm-lūn ê kì tī ē-té:-

Gio̍k-ki, “Siù-jiông sang, lí khoàⁿ goán ê pài-tn̂g hiah toā keng hiah suí leh; lán tuì chiah hn̄g ê só͘-chāi iā iáu-kú khoàⁿ ē tio̍h, lí khoàⁿ hit ê thah hiah koân leh; téng-bīn ū chi̍t ki Si̍p-jī-kè, si̍t-chāi kiám m̄-sī chin chòng-giâm ê hoē-tn̂g mah?

Siù-jiông, “Ū-iáⁿ to tio̍h, si̍t-chāi khí-liáu chin hó khoàⁿ chin suí, bô-lūn sím-mi̍h goā-uī ê lâng tuì chia lâi, khoàⁿ-liáu liâm-piⁿ ē chai hit-keng chiū-sī pài-tn̂g; ē hō͘ sìn Chú ê lâng ê sim chin him-bō͘ ì-ài, sim-sim liām-liām ài ji̍p-kkhì khoàⁿ; iā tī-hia gîm-si, kî-tó, kám-siā Siōng-tè, lâi hióng-siū bû hān ê hok-khì.”

Gio̍k-ki, “Lí ē kì-tit lán tī Lú-o̍h, Lô͘ Ko͘-niû bat kóng, in hit pêng ê pài-tn̂g khí-liáu chin chhoàng, chin hó-khoàⁿ, kap pa̍t khoán ê chhù lóng ū hun-piat; hō͘ lâng tuì chin-hn̄g ê só͘-chāi lóng khoàⁿ ē tio̍h, iā ū toā-cheng hông-hun-àm ê sî nā kòng-cheng, hit ê siaⁿ thiaⁿ kàu chin hn̄g, hō͘ lâng ê sim-koaⁿ khui, ì-hiòng tuì hia khì; lí-khoàⁿ goán ê pài-tn̂g mā sī iû-goân ū toā-cheng, nā hông-hun-àm goá chhut-lâi sàn-pō͘ thiaⁿ liáu sim-koaⁿ chò chi̍t-ē khui ài koáⁿ-kín khì hù kî-tó-hoē.”

Siù-jiông, “Lán tī Lú-o̍h beh àm ê sî, lán chhut-khì chháu-po͘ kiâⁿ-iû, mā ū thiaⁿ-kìⁿ Sîn Ha̍k-hāu ê toā-cheng teh kòng, khong, khong, khong…… si̍t-chāi thiaⁿ-liáu hō͘ lâng ē kái sim būn; chai-iáⁿ sî-kan í-keng beh kàu, chiū-sī hō͘ lán thang khì Siōng-tè hoē-tn̂g, tī-hia hióng-siū, kî-kiû kám-siā ê hok-khì.”

Gio̍k-ki, “Si̍t-chāi hō͘ lán ê sim chin him-bō͘ ho͘N3: lán tí Lú o̍h tô͘ oē ê sî-kan, sian-siⁿ ū the̍h chi̍t tiuⁿ goā-kok ê ang-á-tô͘ chiū-sī oē nn̄g ê ang-á-bó͘ tī hn̂g--ni̍h teh chò-kang; kàu beh àm, hut-jiân thiaⁿ-tio̍h kàu-hoē ê toā-cheng teh kòng, in nn̄g lâng chiū pàng-kang siang-chhiú ha̍p-oá, thâu-khak chhih-chhih ǹg tuì kàu-hoē tn̂g hit bīn teh kî-tó ho͘N3; si̍t-chāi lán teh oē hit tiuⁿ tô͘ ê sî, lán ê sim kiám m̄-sī chin siū kám-kek mah?”

Siù-jiông, “Si̍t-chāi ū-iáⁿ to tio̍h, hō͘ lán ê sim chin him-bō͘, sim-sim liām-liām ài kàu Siōng-tè ê chhù.” In teh kóng ê sî hut-jiân Pîn-tong kàu-hoē ê cheng teh kòng, khong, khong, khong; Gio̍k-ki, ho͘N3, “Siù-jiông sàng, lí ū thiaⁿ-kìⁿ bô?” Siù-jiông, Hò͘--ah! Chin hó-thiaⁿ ê siaⁿ ū-iáⁿ, kin-á-ji̍t sī pài-saⁿ, só͘-í lán tio̍h kín-meh2 tò-tńg lâi-khì hù kî-tó-hoē.” Gio̍k-ki, “Taⁿ bô lán koáⁿ-kín tńg-lâi khì ko̍h.”

Só͘-í in chiū kín-me̍h tò-khì the̍h Sèng Si, Sèng-chheh khì hù Pîn-tong kàu-hoē ê kî-tó-hoē. In nn̄g-saⁿ lâng hit àm khì hù kî-tó-hoē, si̍t-chāi hō͘ in ê sim chin hoaⁿ-hí; m̄-nā chhong-iú ê chhù tāi-ke saⁿ-thàm, koh-khah iàu-kín in ū chin him-bō͘ ài kàu Siōng-tè ê chhù kap, kap hiaⁿ-tī chí-moē saⁿ kau-poê,, ná chhin-chhiūⁿ chi̍t ke ê lâng; si̍t-chāi in ê sim chin jia̍t, kàu-ke̍k hoaⁿ-hí ê khoán.

Kàu lé-pài-ji̍t ê sî, Gio̍k-ki ū chhoā i ê chhong-iú kap in sió-tī khì lé-pài , in chin chá chiū khì, sī ài thàm-khoàⁿ Chú-ji̍t-o̍h ê chōng-hóng sím-mi̍h khoán; in-uī in nn̄g lâng tī Lú-o̍h ê sî ta̍k lé-pài lóng ū teh pang-chān Chú-ji̍t-o̍h ê kang; hioh-khùn tńg-khì in chhù ê sî, iā ū tàu pang-chān Chú-ji̍t-o̍h; só͘-í in tuì sè-hàn gín-ná chám-jiân ū chhù-bī ê khoán. Só͘-í Gio̍k-ki ū chhoā i ê chhong-iú Siù-jiông, khì khoàⁿ Pîn-tong kàu-hoē ê Chú-ji̍t-o̍h, iā ū chiong i hioh-joa̍h-tiong teh kà hit pan hō͘ i kà; Siù-jiông bô the-sî hoaⁿ-hí kà, bô koh-iūⁿ i pêng-siông só͘ teh kà ê khoán, kap ha̍k-seng chin hó kóng-oē; iā chin gâu kóng kò͘-sū hō͘ in thiaⁿ; só͘-í hiah ê ha̍k-seng kàu soah ê sî, tī piⁿ-á tāi-ke teh hoē kóng, “Chit ê sian-siⁿ tuì tá-lo̍h lâi, hé chin gâu kóng--ah, goán chin ài thiaⁿ; beh oē thang ta̍k lé-pài lâi chò goán ê sian-siⁿ kiám m̄-sī chin hó.”

āu-lâi Chú-ji̍t-o̍h soah, in chiū chhoā khì hù toā-lâng ê lé-pài, hit-ji̍t chin hoaⁿ-hí, tńg-khì ná chhin-chhiūⁿ ū bē kóng--tit ê hoaⁿ-hí kap kám-kek tī in ê sim-lāi ê khoán. Keh chá-khí chiū-sī pài-it, Siù-jiông kap i ê sió-tī Bûn-hiông chiū kap i ê chhong-iú Gio̍k-ki saⁿ-sì tò-khì in ê pún só͘-chāi; ǹg-bāng koh bô loā-kú in beh koh tī Lú-o̍h lâi chò-hoé, chiū án-ni tāi-ke chiām-sî lī-pia̍t.

Lia̍t-uī hiaⁿ-tī chí-bē, í-ki̍p chèng Chú-ji̍t-o̍h ê ha̍k-seng, lán kiám m̄-sī chin ài khoàⁿ chit nn̄g, saⁿ lâng ê bô͘-iūⁿ; ; hoaⁿ-hí put-sî sim-sim liām-liām ài kàu Siōng-tè ê chhù mah? Lán chai lán lâng ê sim-sîn, jio̍k-thé, put-sî lóng ū khiàm-khoeh, só͘-í lán ê sim nā chin khiam-pi, chhin-chhiūⁿ sim-lāi chin sàn-hiong ài him-bō͘ Siōng-tè ê gī; ài thiaⁿ Bo̍k-su, Thoân-tō-su chhián-bêng Siōng-tè ê tō-lí, iúⁿ-chhī lán sim-sîn ê bí-niû tit-tio̍h chiâu-pī; kî-kiû, kám-siā, gîm-si, lán ê sim kiám bô chin hoaⁿ-hí; hióng-siū Siōng-tè só͘ siúⁿ-sù ê bû-hān ê hok-khì mah?

Iâ-so͘ tī sè-kan, tú chiah 12 hè ê sî, kap I ê pē-bú chiūⁿ Iâ-lō͘-sat-léng siú Poâⁿ-kè-choeh; tī tiān-ni̍h tuì I ê pē-bú kóng, “Kiám m̄-chai Goá eng-kai tī Goá ê Pē ê chhù mah?” (Lō͘-ka 2:49). Koh chi̍t pái, Iâ-so͘ iû-goân kàu Iâ-lō͘-sat-léng, ji̍p tiān, koáⁿ-chhut tiān-lāi bé-bē ê lâng, chhia-tó in só͘ ēng bé-bē ê khì-kū, lâi chheng-khì Sèng-tiān ê sî, iā bat kóng, “Kiám bô kì-chài kóng, Goá ê chhù beh chheng-choè bān-pang kî-tó ê chhù mah?” (Má-khó 11:17).

(這篇無論大人,囡仔來看攏會明)。

捌有一擺佇某所在,有一個女學學生佮伊一个小弟,兩个相chhoā出門;坐火車去到屏東的所在揣伊的窗友thit-thô。彼日in到屏東拄拄3點半,也彼个學生的窗友有來到車頭等接in;大家見面真歡喜,相佮講話;就chhoā in到伊的厝。彼暗就辦腥臊請in。食飽了停霎仔久,in就出去門口埕歇睏;有時坐--teh,有時起來;行來行去,講東講西講真久,是因為太久罕得相拄;又閣歇熱的時間已經欲過,大家相揣坐;險險就無通相探的機會,所以大家談話真濟;到真暗才無閣hoē;大家歡喜到極,攏總真心適。

已經9點半lah,伊的窗友就是踮佇屏東彼个同伴,名叫秀絨講,「秀絨sàng,taⁿ咱來禮拜通睏lah hòⁿ,你to敢真僐leh?」秀絨就講,「袂ko̍h,我逐日心心念念,愛來揣你thit-thô,taⁿ今仔日有好機會,我較講嘛袂僐;是已經真暗lah,無咱kiám毋是愛閣講較久leh?」後來秀絨佮in小弟名叫文雄,就佮玉枝以及in家內的人相佮做禮拜。In teh禮拜,讀聖冊輪流讀,一人讀一節;秀絨的小弟文雄也佮人輪來輪去。玉枝的老母看見秀絨的小弟猶遐爾細漢連鞭hiah gâu讀聖經,想了真奇怪;到禮拜煞就叫伊來,問看伊幾歲,才知影是12歲。

文雄是某教會的主日學學生,5歲的時就學字母,7歲就會曉讀詩,10歲的時就已經真gâu讀聖經,真gâu吟詩;逐年的救主誕攏有the̍h賞品,舊年有受賞一本金墘的新約聖冊;伊逐禮拜攏chiâu出席,所以才hiah快進步;taⁿ已經是高等科的學生lah;也chím-á每禮拜毋但赴主日學,也有佮大人做伙禮拜;吟詩,聽道理,真歡喜;逐禮拜行遠路無嫌厭僐,愛到上帝的聖殿,謙卑先受教示,聽道理真趣味,心肝真感激,實在有予伊得著真大的利益。玉枝的老母就對伊的阿姊講,「你的小弟實在真巧,真可取,攏是對你真gâu教示。」秀絨講,「無影ah,比伊較會曉的嘛是真濟leh!」玉枝的老母就閣講,「實在真gâu,按呢to算是真感心lah!」後來講煞,in大家就攏去睏。

隔日就是拜三,in食早頓了;玉枝就chhoā伊的窗友佮in小弟去看製糖會社,飛行機場遐的名所。Ē晡有歇睏,也5點半就食的昏頓,因為熱天時,所以日頭猶未落山;到6點in就相chhoā欲去公園散步;也in平常攏真愛談論聖經內的故事,以及耶穌的教示;所以in對公園出來的時,就直直行對農場彼方面去;四面有田園草木真媠,也涼風微微仔來真chhio-chhìn;in 那行就那談話,taⁿ將in所談論的記佇下底:-

玉枝,「秀絨sang,你看阮的拜堂hiah大間hiah媠leh;咱對chiah遠的所在也iáu-kú看會著,你看彼个塔hiah懸leh;頂面有一支十字架,實在kiám毋是真莊嚴的會堂mah?

秀絨,「有影to著,實在起了真好看真媠,無論啥物外位的人對遮來,看了連鞭會知彼間就是拜堂;會予信主的人的心真欣慕意愛,心心念念愛入去看;也佇遐吟詩,祈禱,感謝上帝,來享受無限的福氣。」

玉枝,「你會記得咱佇女學,盧姑娘捌講,in彼爿的拜堂起了真chhoàng,真好看,佮別款的厝攏有分別;予人對真遠的所在攏看會著,也有大鐘黃昏暗的時若摃鐘,彼个聲聽到真遠,予人的心肝開,意向對遐去;你看阮的拜堂嘛是猶原有大鐘,若黃昏暗我出來散步聽了心肝做一下開愛趕緊去赴祈禱會。」

秀絨,「咱佇女學欲暗的時,咱出去草埔行遊,嘛有聽見神學校的大鐘teh摃,khong,khong,khong……實在聽了予人會解心悶;知影時間已經欲到,就是予咱通去上帝會堂,佇遐享受,祈求感謝的福氣。」

玉枝,「實在予咱的心真欣慕ho͘N3:咱佇女學圖畫的時間,先生有the̍h一張外國的 尪仔圖就是畫兩个翁仔某佇園裡teh做工;到欲暗忽然聽著教會的大鐘teh摃,in兩人就放工雙手合倚,頭殼chhih-chhih向對教會堂彼面teh祈禱好;實在咱teh畫彼張圖的時,咱的心kiám毋是真受感激mah?」

秀絨,「實在有影to著,予咱的心真欣慕,心心念念愛到上帝的厝。」In teh講的時忽然屏東教會的鐘teh摃,khong,khong,khong;玉枝,ho͘N3,「秀絨sàng,你有聽見無?」秀絨,Hò͘--ah!真好聽的聲有影,今仔日是拜三,所以咱著緊me̍h倒轉來去赴祈禱會。」玉枝,「Taⁿ無咱趕緊轉來去ko̍h。」

所以in就緊me̍h 倒去the̍h聖詩,聖冊去赴屏東教會的祈禱會。In兩三人彼暗去赴祈禱會,實在予in 的心真歡喜;毋但窗友的厝大家相探,閣較要緊in有真欣慕愛到上帝的厝佮,佮兄弟姊妹saⁿ交陪,那親像一家的人;實在in 的心真熱,到極歡喜的款。

到禮拜日的時,玉枝有chhoā伊的窗友佮in小弟去禮拜,in真早就去,是愛探看主日學的狀況啥物款;因為in兩人佇女學的時逐禮拜攏有teh幫贊主日學的工;歇睏轉去in厝的時,也有鬥幫贊主日學;所以in對細漢囡仔嶄然有趣味的款。所以玉枝有chhoā伊的窗友秀絨,去看屏東教會的主日學,也有將伊歇熱中teh教彼班予伊教;秀絨無推辭歡喜教,無閣樣伊平常所teh教的款,佮學生真好講話;也真gâu講故事予in聽;所以遐的學生到煞的時,佇邊仔大家teh hoē講,「這个先生對tá落來,hé真gâu講--ah,阮真愛聽;欲會通逐禮拜來做阮的先生kiám毋是真好。」

後來主日學煞,in就chhoā去赴大人的禮拜,彼日真歡喜,轉去那親像有袂講--得的歡喜佮感激佇in 的心內的款。隔早起就是拜一,秀絨佮伊的小弟文雄就佮伊的窗友玉枝相辭倒去in 的本所在;向望閣無偌久in欲閣佇女學來做伙,就按呢大家暫時離別。

列位兄弟姊妹,以及眾主日學的學生,咱kiám毋是真愛看這兩,三人的模樣;歡喜不時心心念念愛到上帝的厝mah?咱知咱人的心神,肉體,不時攏有欠缺,所以咱的心若真謙卑,親像心內真sàn-hiong愛欣慕上帝的義;愛聽牧師,傳傳道師闡明上帝的道理,養飼咱心神的米糧得著齊備;祈求,感謝,吟詩,咱的心kiám無真歡喜;享受上帝所賞賜的無限的福氣mah?

耶穌佇世間,拄才12歲的時,佮伊的父母上耶路撒冷守盤過節;佇殿裡對伊的父母講,「Kiám毋知我應該佇我的父的厝mah?」(路加2:49)。閣一擺,耶穌猶原到耶路撒冷,入殿,趕出殿內買賣的人,chhia倒in所用買賣的器具,來清氣聖殿的時,也捌講,「Kiám無記載講,我的厝欲稱做萬邦祈禱的厝mah?」(馬可11:17)。
