Iûⁿ Hok-chhun ê Sió-toān

Iûⁿ kun Hok-chhun pún-chiâⁿ sī Jī-lîm lâng; Tsú kàng-seng 1874 nî chiū chhut-sì. I ê lāu-pē tsoè kô͘-tsoá ê kang-gē; kiáⁿ ia̍h o̍h chit-hō ê thâu-lō͘. Hit-sî kô͘-tsoá ê kang sǹg-sī hó-thàn; Iûⁿ Sian-siⁿ bat kā goá kóng, jī-cha̍p nî chêng chi̍t ge̍h-ji̍t oē thàn tsa̍p-saⁿ kho͘. Tú--tio̍h hit-sî Jī-lîm chi̍t-ê hiaⁿ-tī, chiū-sī phah-gûn ê Kang-hiaⁿ kóng tō-lí hō͘ i thiaⁿ,Iûⁿ Hok-chhun chiū tsai-iáⁿ kô͘-tsoá sī ge̍k-thiān; chiū m̄-ài tsoè. I ê lāu-pē kā i phah kàu chin thiám, chiū khat-khó͘ koh lâi tsoè m̄-kú àm-chīⁿ siá tī i só͘ kô͘ ê teng chi̍t-kù chiū-sī, “He̍k-tsoē ū thian bû só͘ tô.” Tsú-kò͘ koāⁿ--tńg lâi, khoàⁿ khah siông-sè chiū gông-ngia̍h tsáu lâi mn̄g, “Siá án-ni beh tāi?”

Lāu-pē mn̄g kiáⁿ, kiáⁿ tio̍h jīn, soà hō͘ i phah o͘-chhiⁿ.

Hit-sî goán toà tī Chiang-hoà, ū ta̍uh-ta̍uh thiaⁿ-kìⁿ i ê siau-sit; N̂g Bú-sēng Sian-siⁿ ū hoê-ho̍k kóng, Hok-chhun-hiaⁿ, chin kan-khó͘ siông-siông hō͘ i ê lāu-pē phah, koh khu-sok chin ân, ia̍h m̄-thang lâi lé-pài, ia̍h m̄-thang chhut-mn̂g. Jī-lîm ê Kang-hiaⁿ kap Chiok-ché í-ki̍p Sin-kiat-chng ê hiaⁿ-tī ū teh siong-liông khoàⁿ ū sím-mi̍h pō͘ thang kiù--i , siūⁿ lóng bô, ba̍k-sái lâu , ba̍k-sái tih. Lō͘-boé-chhiú chiū kap N̂g Sian-siⁿ chham-siông khoàⁿ hit-ê siàu-liân-lâng oē thau-tsáu kàu Chiang-hoà.

Hit-sî chin chhám. Bat chi̍t-pái hō͘ i ê lāu-pē phah chin siong-tiōng; i chi̍t pún Sèng-si pàng hé sio. I chiū kóng, “M̄-bián phah chit ki chhâ-to hō͘--lí; lí kā goá thâi--sí khah hó, goá ná Lí Lô-chhia, khek kut hêng pē, khek bah hêng bú, lêng-hûn Siōng-tè ê, goá beh tò-lâi chhē i.” In lāu-oē tāi-seng chhio,āu-lai khàu. Chiah koh kóng, “Poa̍h-kiáu, chia̍h a-phiàn, pháiⁿ-kiáⁿ lō͘, saⁿ-hāng chhut-tsāi lí kéng; ji̍p-kàu goá m̄, sī oa̍h-che̍h.”

Tú-tio̍h chit-pái Iûⁿ Hok-chhun khì Pó-táu kā Lîm Ló-su kô͘ toā chhù; in lāu-pē chi̍t-ji̍t chi̍t-pah-chîⁿ teh chhiàⁿ lâng kò͘. Chit lâng lâi kā i kóng, “Bo̍k-su tuì koe-lō͘ kè--khí.” Hok-chhun ê sim chiū chhíⁿ, thàn hit-sî kā in lāu-pē the̍h chi̍t pah chîⁿ, beh khì hō͘ Ji̍t-pún i-seng khoàⁿ chèng-thâu. Tuì án-ni tsoè lō͘-huì, chiū tsáu kàu Chiang-hoà.

Chú-āu 1897 nî, koâⁿ-thiⁿ-sî Iûⁿ Hok-chhun kàu Chiang-hoà. I ê lāu-pē chia̍h a-phiàn, khah uì-hân, só͘-í bô liâm-piⁿ tsáu lâi jiok. M̄-kú goán siūⁿ i toà Chiang-hoà bô sím-mi̍h thò-tòng, nā oē toà khah hn̄g khah m̄-bián kiaⁿ. Goá chiū chio i saⁿ-kap khì Gû-mā-thâu. Tng-sî hái-kíⁿ hit phiàn toē-hng tuì Tāi-khah-khoe kàu O͘-ji̍t-tsng-khoe lóng bô poàⁿ lâng pài Siōng-tè, chí-ū sè Gû-mā-thâu chi̍t-soè keng-á chhù thang chiām-toà pò͘-tō. Goán nn̄g-ê toà Gû-mā-thâu chi̍t lé-pài kú pò͘-tō; kàu pài-la̍k ê-hng ū nn̄g-ê siàu-liân lâng lâi kóng in siūⁿ beh lâi pài Siōng-tè. Lé-pài-ji̍t in ū lâi hù lé-pài; hit ji̍t koh ke-thiⁿ chi̍t-ê chiū-sī Kó͘-chek, éng-sî teh chhē bān-hāng-mi̍h ê goân-thâu, thiaⁿ hit-kù “Siōng-tè chhòng-tsō thiⁿ kap toē” chiū suî-sî lâi sìn.

Kè chi̍t-ge̍h-ji̍t nā-tiāⁿ chiū í-keng ū saⁿ-tsa̍p goā lâng toā-soè lâi sìn Iâ-so͘. Sī Hok-chhun-hiaⁿ ta̍k ji̍t chin mî-noā tuì tsá-khí kàu àm teh pò͘-tō; kàu àm ia̍h bô thêng kang, ū tsa̍p-goā lâng tī Hok-im-tn̂g uî-toh teh tha̍k jī-bú tha̍k-si; Hok-chhun-hiaⁿ teh kà, nā khiàm chi̍t-ê ha̍k-seng bô lâi, Sian-siⁿ chiū tsàu khì jiok.

Hok-chhun-hiaⁿ la̍k-ge̍h-ji̍t kú toà Gû-mā-thâu; āu-lâi koh la̍k-ge̍h-ji̍t kú toà Ka-tâu(Ka-tâu ê Hok-im-tn̂g khah bān chiū soá--khì Toā-tō͘). Tiàm tī Ka-tâu iû-goân sī chin chhut-la̍t, chin gâu kó͘-bú; án-ni-siⁿ hit toē-hng ta̍k tsng-thâu, chha-put-to oē thang kóng ta̍k lâng long ū thiaⁿ-kíⁿ Iâ-so͘ ê siau-sit.

Hok-chhun-hiaⁿ tsoè Tsú ê kang chi̍t nî kú chiū lo̍h--khì Tâi-lâm ê Toā-o̍h tha̍k chheh. Toā-o̍h ê ha̍k-seng khoàⁿ i gâu kó͘-bú gâu ko͘-chiâⁿ chiū kā i chhiok-hō tsoè Koe-bú-chhun.

Chhut-o̍h liáuau Iûⁿ Sian-siⁿ iû-goân chin hoaⁿ-hí chhut-la̍t tsoè Tsú ê kang, nā bô pò͘-tō chiū-sī thàm hiaⁿ-tī, nā bô thàm hiaⁿ-tī chiū sī khoàⁿ Sèng-keng, ia̍h lóng bô hiâm huì-khì ia̍h lóng bô hiâm tio̍h-boâ; oh-tit chhē chi̍t-lâng oē khah iâⁿ i ê chīn-sim kap i-ê jîn-ài. I ia̍h koh toà Gû-mā-thâu I-koán. Toà Gû-mā-thâu ê sî-tsūn chiū chhoā Sian-siⁿ-niû; Sian-siⁿ-niû kap Sian-siⁿ tâng-sim chi̍t-ì.

Chú-āu 1909 nî ji̍p-khì Po͘-lí-siā, tiàm tī siâⁿ-lāi, sī teh ǹg-bāng oē ín-chhoā tī-hia ê Hàn-jîn, in-uī in lóng sī Pó-táu lâng soá--lâi khah tsoē. Khó-sioh hiah-ê lâng chin oh--tit ín-chhoā, iū-koh Sian-siⁿ ê sin-miā na lám; kàu kū-nî, chiū-sī 1914 nî, tio̍h chhut-lâi Chiang-hoà tiāu-ióng seng-khu. Hit-sî iáu-bē soah kang chiàu i ê le̍k-liōng iû-goân ū kóng tō-lí hō͘ I-koán-lāi ê pēⁿ-lâng thiaⁿ. Kàu 11 ge̍h i ê pēⁿ ná siong-tiōng, chin-chiàⁿ sī kan-khó͘. Ū lâng lâi thàm i, soà lâu ba̍k-sài. Sian-siⁿ kóng, “M̄-sī khàu goá, sī khàu lâng ê ngī-sim.” Chiok-ché mn̄g, “Taⁿ lí-beh lī-khui bó͘-kiáⁿ , ia̍h in beh àn-tsáiⁿ-iūⁿ?” Chiū ìn kóng, “Goá í-keng kau-tāi Iâ-so͘.” Koh mn̄g, “ia̍h lí ê pē-bú beh tsáiⁿ-iūⁿ?” ìn kóng, “Tsú kóng, Chī-chuī-á sī goá ê lāu-bú, goá ê hiaⁿ-tī?”

Iûⁿ Sian-siⁿ chiong bó͘-kiáⁿ kau-tāi Tsú. Chhiáⁿ khoàⁿ Pò ê lia̍t-uī ia̍h thoè in kî-tó Siōng-tè, ǹg-bāng Siōng-tè chhoā in ê lō͘, koh ǹg-bāng soè-kiáⁿ oē tè lāu-pē ê kha-pō͘. Sian-siⁿ-niû sī Hong-oah-lâng, ia̍h sī Âng Bô͘-chhun Sian-siⁿ ê sió-bē. In tāi-ke ū khì Sin-kiat-chng chiām toà.

楊福春ê小傳

1915.03 360卷 p.8-9

楊君福春本成是二林人。主降生1874 年就出世。伊ê老父做糊紙ê工藝,子亦學這號 ê頭路。Hit 時糊紙ê工算是好趁,楊--先生bat kā我講,20年前1月日會趁13箍。tú--著hit時二林1個兄弟,就是扑銀ê江兄講道理hō͘伊聽,楊福春就知影糊紙是逆天,就m̄-ài做。伊ê老父kā伊扑到真thiám,就克苦koh來做,m̄-kú暗靜寫tī伊所糊ê燈1句就是:「獲罪有天無所逃。」 主顧koāⁿ轉--來,看較詳細就gông-ngia̍h,走來問:「寫án-ni beh 代?」

老父問子,子著認,煞hō͘伊扑到烏青。

Hit時阮toà tī彰化,有ta̍uh-ta̍uh聽見伊ê消息。黃武盛先生有回覆講,福春兄真艱苦,常常hō͘ in老父扑,koh拘束真ân,亦m̄-thang 來禮拜,亦m̄-thang出門。二林ê江兄kap足姊以及新結庄ê兄弟有teh商量,看有甚mih步thang救--伊,想攏無,目屎流目屎滴。路尾手就kap黃--先生參詳看hit個少年人會偷走到彰化。

Hit時真慘。Bat 1 擺hō͘ 伊ê老父扑真siong重;伊1本聖詩放火燒。伊就講:「M̄免扑,這枝柴刀hō͘--你,你kā我thâi--死較好,我若李哪吒,刻骨還父,刻肉還母,靈魂上帝ê,我beh倒--來chhoē伊。」In 老父代先笑,後來哭,才koh講:「poa̍h-kiáu、食鴉片、歹子路,三項出在你揀,入教我m̄,是活絕。」

Tú著這擺楊福春去寶斗kā林Ló-su糊大厝,in老父1 日1百錢teh倩人顧。這人來kā伊講:「牧師對街路過--去。」福春ê心就清醒,趁hit 時kā in老父提1百錢,beh去hō͘日本醫生看症頭。對án-ni做路費,就走到彰化。

主後1897年,寒天時楊福春到彰化。伊ê 老父食鴉片,較畏寒,所以無liâm-p走iⁿ來jiok。M̄-kú 阮想伊toà 彰化無甚mih妥當,若會toà較遠較m̄免驚。我就招伊相kap去牛罵頭 。當時海墘hit片地方對大甲溪到烏日庄溪攏無半人拜上帝,只有稅牛罵頭1細間仔厝thang暫toà佈道。阮2個toà牛罵頭1禮拜久佈道,到禮六e昏有2個少年人來講in 想beh來拜上帝。禮拜日in有來赴禮拜;hit日koh加添1個就是古叔,往時teh chhoē 萬項物ê 源頭,聽hit句:「上帝創造天kap地」就信上帝。

過一月日nā-tiāⁿ就已經有30外人大細來信耶穌。是福春兄逐日真mî-noā,對早起到暗teh佈道;到暗也無停工,有10人tī福音堂為著teh讀字母讀詩,福春兄teh教,若欠1 個學生無來,先生就走去jiok。

福春兄6月日久toà牛罵頭,後來koh 6月日久toà Ka-tâu(Ka-tâu ê福音堂較慢就徙去大肚)。Tiàm tī Ka-tâu,猶原真出力,真gâu鼓舞;án-ni-siⁿhit地方逐庄頭,差不多會thang講逐人攏有聽見耶穌ê消息。

福春兄做主ê工1年久就落去台南ê大學讀冊。大學ê學生看伊gâu鼓舞、gâu ko͘-chiâⁿ就kā號做雞母春。

出學了後楊先生猶原真歡喜出力做主ê工,若無佈道就是探兄弟,若無探兄弟就是看聖經,亦攏無嫌費氣、亦攏無嫌著磨;oh tit chhoē 1人會較贏伊ê盡心,kap伊ê 仁愛。伊亦koh toà牛罵頭ê教會2 年久,亦toà台南醫館。Toà牛罵頭ê時陣就娶先生娘,先生娘kap先生同心1 意。

主後1909 年入去埔里社,tiàm tī 城內,是teh 向望會引chhoā tī hia ê漢人,因為in攏是寶斗人徙--來較濟。可惜hiah-ê人真oh tit引chhoā,又koh先生ê身命那lám,到舊年就是1914年,著出來彰化調養身軀。Hit時,iáu-boē煞工,照伊ê力量,猶原有講道理hō͘醫館內ê病人聽。到11 月伊ê病那siong傷重,真正是艱苦。有人來探伊,續流目屎。先生講:「M̄是哭我,是哭人ê ngī心。」足姊問:「今你beh 離開某子,亦in beh àn怎樣?」就應講:「我已經交代耶穌。」Koh問:「亦你ê 父母beh怎樣?」應講:「主講,是誰仔是我 ê老母,我ê兄弟?」

楊先生將某子交代主。請看報ê列位也替in祈禱上帝,向望細子會toè老父ê腳步。先生娘是Hoan-oah人,亦是洪茂春先生ê小妹。In逐家有去新結庄暫toà。
