Kàu-hoē chhut Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim ū kuí-nā khoán.

  1. Ū só͘-chāi Chó͘-ke ê kong-hoē tàu-chhut pún-tē Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim, chha-put-to chhin-chhiūⁿ lán tī-chia chhut Thoân-tō sok-kim ê khoán. Kiám-chhái hiaⁿ-tī só͘ tê ê bô kàu-gia̍h thang chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su, Kong-hoē chiū pó͘ kàu kàu-gia̍h. Chóng-sī ū-sî kap in phín kóng Kong-hoē nî-nî chhut ná-chió, hiaⁿ-tī tio̍h chhut ná-chē, kàu tiāⁿ-tio̍h ê sî-chūn hiaⁿ-tī tio̍h lóng ka-tī tam-tng. Lán Eng-kok Tiúⁿ-ló-kàu tī Ē-mn̂g, Soàⁿ-thâu, Tâi-oân, bô ēng chit-ê hoat-tō͘. Chiàu lán ê kui-kí Bo̍k-su ê sin-kim thâu kàu boé lóng tio̍h hō͘ hiaⁿ-tī tam-tng.

  2. Chiàu lán kàu-hoē ê hoat-tō͘ hiaⁿ-tī tio̍h chiàu in-ê khuì-la̍t tê-gîn lâi tàu chhut thoân-tō sian-siⁿ ê sin-kim, m̄-thang hō͘ Kong-hoē lóng tam-tng. Chóng-sī kàu-hoē nā beh chhiáⁿ pún-tē Bo̍k-su, mn̄g khoàⁿ in thang ēng chit-ê thoân-tō sok-kim-gîn chò Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim á m̄ thang? Taⁿ lūn chit-ê tāi-chì lán saⁿ-uī ê kàu-hoē bô saⁿ-tâng ê hoat. Tī Ē mn̂g ê kàu-hoē ū chún hiaⁿ-tī ēng in só͘ tê thoân-tō ê sok-kim-gîn lóng chò Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim. Phì-jū lâi kóng, nā ū saⁿ-uī tông-hoē ta̍k-ê tê 70 kho͘ chò thoân-tō ê só͘-huì, kè-kiōng sī 210 kho͘, in nā ài chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su, chiàⁿ thang ēng chit-ê 210 kho͘ khì chhiáⁿ i. Chiàu án-ni kiâⁿ chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su chin khoài; in tī Ē-mn̂g tê-gîn bô khah chē lán Tâi-lâm ê kàu-hoē, m̄-kú in chhiáⁿ 17 ê Bo̍k-su, lán tī-chia chhiáⁿ chi̍t-ê nā-tiāⁿ. Chóng-sī chi̍t hāng khah m̄-hó, chiū-sī in chhiáⁿ-liáu bô gîn thang thiap thoân-tō sian-siⁿ ê só͘-huì, hit-ê só͘-huì it-khài kui tī Kong-hoē chhut--ê.

  3. Lán Tâi-lâm ê hoat-tō͘ kap Ē-mn̂g ê hoat-tō͘ tú-tú tuì-hoán. Tī-chia hiaⁿ-tī nā beh chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su in tio̍h chhut-la̍t tê-gîn kàu-gia̍h chò chi̍t-ê lō͘-ēng, tek-khak tio̍h ke-tê, chêng-nî só͘ tê thoân-tō ê sok-kim lóng m̄ thang kiám-chió, iā m̄-thang ēng chò Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim. ēng chit-ê hoat-tō͘ khiok ū nn̄g-hāng hó; chi̍t-hāng sī chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su si̍t-chāi ū chìn-pō͘, i-ê sok-kim lóng-sī ke-thiⁿ tê-ê, iū-koh chi̍t-hāng sī thoân-tō-ê sok-kim iû-goân chiàu-kū, lóng bô kiám-chió. Chóng-sī chit-ê hoat-tō͘ chin oh-tit thàn, chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su ê tāi-chì bān-bān-á chìn-pō͘, lán tī 5 nî ê tiong-kan chí ū tit-tio̍h chi̍t-ê. iā nā-beh chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su tio̍h chē-chē só͘-chāi ha̍p chò-hoé lâi chhiáⁿ, kiám-chhái tio̍h chiâⁿ-cha̍p só͘-chāi ha̍p chò-hoé chiàⁿ káⁿ chhiáⁿ, tì-kàu Bo̍k-su sûn bô siáⁿ tio̍h, hiah-ê kàu-hoē toā-toā sit-lo̍h i-ê lī-ek.

  4. Tī Soàⁿ-thâu só͘-ēng ê hoat-tō͘ khah ū tek-tiong ê khoán-sit. Tī-hia ê kàu-hoē iā ū tê thoân-tō ê sok-kim; in nā beh chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su, Tāi-hoē chiū khǹg in tio̍h chhut khuì-la̍t koh-tê. In nā tê bô kàu-gia̍h, thang pín pò Tāi-hoē. Tāi-hoē chiū chhâ-khoàⁿ in ū chīn in-ê pún-hūn tê: nā chin-chiàⁿ tê bē khí, Tāi-hoē chīn chún in chiong só͘ tê thoân-tō ê sok-kim-gîn thiu-chhut tām-po̍h lâi pó͘ kàu kàu-gia̍h. Phì-jū lâi kóng ū saⁿ-ê Tông-hoē kè-kiōng tê 300 kho͘ chò thoân-tō ê sok-kim. In nā beh chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su, ha̍p-gia̍h tio̍h koh tê 200 kho͘ chò chit-hō ê lō͘-ēng; chóng-sī in só͘-tê ê chí-ū 100 kho͘ nā-tiāⁿ. Tāi-hoē nā khoàⁿ thò-tòng, chiū chún in chiong thoân-tō ê sok-kim thiu 100 kho͘ khí-lâi pó͘ Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim-gîn thang suî-sî khì chhiáⁿ i.

Chit-ê hoat-tō͘ ū kuí-nā hāng hó; chi̍t-hāng sī chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su sī khah-khoài, chhin-chhiūⁿ in tī Soàⁿ-thâu tê-gîn khah-chió lán tī-chia, m̄-kú in í-keng ū chhiáⁿ 11 ê Bo̍k-su, iā nî-nî teh ke-thiⁿ. In tī-hia chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su iā m̄-bián chhin-chhiūⁿ lán tī-chia hiah khui-khoah, in ū hān nn̄g-saⁿ ê tông-hoē kong-ke chhiáⁿ nā-tiāⁿ, siāng-chē sī 4 ê. In sui-jiân chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su hiah-chē iáu-kú teh chhut thoân-tō ê só͘-huì, bô chhin-chhiūⁿ Ē-mn̂g kàu-hoē lóng bô chhut.

Kiám-chhái ū lâng piān-pok kóng in-ê hoat-tō͘ khah m̄-hó, in-uī sui-jiân chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su sī chhin-chhiūⁿ chìn-pō͘, m̄-kú chhiáⁿ thoân-tō ê sū ū khah tò-thè; in-uī kū-nî tê 300 kho͘ kin-nî tê 200 kho͘ nā-tiāⁿ. Chóng-sī ū nn̄g-hāng thang ìn; chi̍t-hāng sī hia-ê Tông-hoē kî-si̍t ū chìn-pō͘, in-uī kū-nî tê sok-kim-gîn (he̍k-sī Bo̍k-su--ê, á-sī Thoân-tō--ê) chí-ū 300 kho͘, kin-nî kè-kiōng ū 400 kho͘. iū-koh chi̍t-hāng, sui-jiân kin-nî ū kiám-chió thoân-tō ê sok-kim lâi chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su chi̍t-ê siat-li̍p, i tek-khak chhut khuì-la̍t khǹg hiaⁿ-tī tio̍h koh tê, kàu-hoē iā tit-tio̍h i-ê lī-ek ē ti̍t-ti̍t heng-ōng, bô loā-kú ê chìn-pō͘, iû-goân chiàu-kū koh chhut 300 kho͘, chham Bo̍k-su ê sok-kim kè-kiōng 500 kho͘. Nā beh chiàu lán-ê hoat-tō͘ m̄-chún in chhiáⁿ Bo̍k-su in-uī tê-gîn bô kàu-gia̍h, kiám-chhái kú-kú bô chhut hiah-chē gîn, soà sit-lo̍h Bo̍k-su ê lō͘-ēng.

Hiān-kim tī Soàⁿ-thâu ū nn̄g-uī ê kàu-hoē m̄-nā tam-tng ka-tī ê só͘ huì (he̍k-sì[sic.] khai Bo̍k-su, thoân-tō, sió o̍h á-sī cha̍p-hāng ê só͘-huì), in iā ū chhun tām-po̍h gîn thang kià lo̍h kong lâi pang-chān pa̍t-uī khah bô khuì-la̍t ê kàu-hoē. Lán tī Tâi-lâm iáu-boē ū chìn-po͘[sic.] kàu án-ni.

牧師的束金。

教會出牧師的束金有幾若款。

  1. 有所在祖家的公會鬥出本地牧師的束金,差不多親像咱佇遮出傳道束金的款。檢采兄弟所題的無夠額通請牧師,公會就補到夠額。總是有時佮in品講公會年年出那少,兄弟著出那濟,到定著的時陣兄弟著攏家己擔當。咱英國長老教佇廈門,汕頭,台灣,無用這个法度。照咱的規矩牧師的薪金頭到尾攏著予兄弟擔當。

  2. 照咱教會的法度兄弟著照in的氣力題銀來鬥出傳道先生的薪金,毋通予公會攏擔當。總是教會若欲請本地牧師,問看in通用這个傳道束金銀做牧師的束金抑毋通?今論這个代誌咱三位的教會無相同的法。佇廈門的教會有准兄弟用in所題傳道的束金銀攏做牧師的束金。譬喻來講,若有三位堂會逐个題70箍做傳道的所費,計共是210箍,in若愛請牧師,正通用這个210箍去請伊。照按呢行請牧師真快;in佇廈門題銀無較濟咱台南的教會,毋過in請17个牧師,咱佇遮請一个nā-tiāⁿ。總是一項較毋好,就是in請了無銀通貼傳道先生的所費,彼个所費一概歸佇公會出-的。

  3. 咱台南的法度佮廈門的法度拄拄對反。佇遮兄弟若欲請牧師in著出力題銀夠額做一个路用,的確著加題,前年所題傳道的束金攏毋通減少,也毋通用做牧師的束金。用這个法度卻有兩項好;一項是請牧師實在有進步,伊的束金攏是加添題的,又閣一項是傳道的束金猶原照舊,攏無減少。總是這个法度真僫得趁,請牧師的代誌慢慢仔進步,咱佇5年的中間只有得著一个。也若欲請牧師著濟濟所在合做伙來請,檢采著成十所在合做伙正敢請,致到牧師巡無啥著,遐的教會大大失落伊的利益。

  4. 佇汕頭所用的法度較有得中的款式。佇遐的教會也有題傳道的束金;in若欲請牧師,大會就勸in著出氣力閣題。In若題無夠額,通稟報大會。大會就查看in有盡in的本份題:若真正題袂起,大會盡准in將所題傳道的束金銀抽出淡薄來補到夠額。譬喻來講有三个堂會計共題300箍做傳道的束金。In若欲請牧師,合額著閣題200箍做這號的路用;總是in所題的只有100箍nā-tiāⁿ。大會若看妥當,就准in將傳道的束金抽100箍起來補牧師的束金銀通隨時去請伊。

這个法度有幾若項好;一項是請牧師是較快,親像in佇汕頭題銀較少咱佇遮,毋過in已經有請11个牧師,也年年咧加添。In佇遐請牧師也毋免親像咱佇遮遐開闊,in有限兩三个堂會公家請nā-tiāⁿ,上濟是4个。In雖然請牧師遐濟猶過咧出傳道的所費,無親像廈門教會攏無出。

檢采有人辯駁講in的法度較毋好,因為雖然請牧師是親像進步,毋過請傳道的事有較倒退;因為舊年題300箍今年題200箍nā-tiāⁿ。總是有兩項通應;一項是遐的堂會其實有進步,因為舊年題束金銀 (或是牧師--的,抑是傳道--的)只有300箍,今年計共有400箍。又閣一項,雖然今年有減少傳道的束金來請牧師一个設立,伊的確出氣力勸兄弟著閣題,教會也得著伊的利益會直直興旺,無偌久的進步,猶原照舊閣出300箍,參牧師的束金計共500箍。若欲照咱的法度毋准in請牧師因為題銀無夠額,檢采久久無出遐濟銀,紲失落牧師的路用。

現今佇汕頭有兩位的教會毋但擔當家己的所費 (或是開牧師,傳道,小學抑是雜項的所費),in也有賰淡薄銀通寄落公來幫贊別位較無氣力的教會。咱佇台南猶未有進步到按呢。

照按呢看汕頭的法度較好;毋知別人拍算按怎樣。
